Alfredo Amezaga: Signed minor league contract with Dodgers

Alfredo Amezaga is a solid fielding infielder. He can play the outfield positions, but he is much stronger on the infield. He's not a great major league hitter, but his defense on the infield can make up for that. I would have Alfredo Amezaga start at shortstop because he can offer the best of that the Dodgers need out of their shortstop and that's defense. I cannot rely on Rafael Furcal to play consistent defense at the shortstop position.
