Eddie Guardado: Signed minor league contract with Nationals

Eddie Guardado is still a good major league relief pitcher. He is the ninth best reliever out of eleven good relievers on the Nationals roster. They have very good depth in their bullpen but do need to complete their starting rotation. Number three starters that are available are Aroldis Chapman, Doug Davis, Dan Giese, Noah Lowry, Odalis Perez, Joel Pineiro, and Jarrod Washburn. Number five starters that are available are Cha Seung Baek, Braden Looper, and Pedro Martinez.
