Rich Hill: Signed minor league contract with Cardinals

Rich Hill has not proven to be an effective major league pitcher in the rotation or out of the bullpen. He was finally healthy last year but didn't perform well with the Orioles. He belongs in the minors and should remain in the minors. The Cardinals have a very strong starting rotation.
