Jerry Owens is a good fielding outfielder. In spring training, I expect him to beat out Willie Harris to be the starting right fielder for the Nationals. His glove is about the same, but his bat is better so if there's anyway to make the team better without hurting the defense, Owens should be in Washington opening day. The Nationals would still be better off getting pieces in a trade for Ryan Zimmerman and signing a better defensive third baseman.
