Josh Towers: Signed minor league contract with Dodgers

Josh Towers can be a key addition to the Dodgers pitching staff. He can be a solid number five starter along with Eric Stults, even though they already have five better starters. Towers doesn't give up a ton of baserunners, which means he can be effective in the bullpen even though the Dodgers have nine better relief pitchers. Although he won't be on top of the pecking order for the Dodgers he can perform as a fifth starter and a relief pitcher.
