The Phillies already had a solid rotation as is. Bringing back Cliff Lee stacks the rotation, however it pushes Jamie Moyer out of the rotation. Moyer is good enough though to be a member of the bullpen. Moyer is better than Condrey, Kendrick, and Lidge.
