Justin Speier: Signed minor league contract with Rockies

The Rockies needed more relief pitching and the addition of Justin Speier is perfect for them. He should immediately be promoted to the major leagues and be used in the bullpen. His numbers do not impress, but he will get the job done more times than not. The Rockies still need more relief pitching because they're very bare in that department.
