Tim Redding can be a good fifth starter on a major league roster, however the Rockies already have a full rotation. He can be called upon if there is an injury in the Rockies rotation. He cannot be used out of the bullpen. He hasn't proven to have any success as a relief pitcher and I don't see him having anything this season in the major leagues. The Rockies need more relief pitching and Redding isn't the answer but the following pitchers are still available.
Brandon Backe
Joe Beimel
Joaquin Benoit
Chad Bradford
Fernando Cabrera
Kevin Cameron
