Ron Villone: Signed minor league contract with Nationals

Ron Villone doesn't provide anything of significance to a major league team. He was signed to pitch in the minors and that's where he should remain for this season. He allows too many baserunners to be relied upon as a reliever. The Nationals have the talent to fill their bullpen, but they still need an additional starter. Noah Lowry, Pedro Martinez, Jarrod Washburn, or Jamey Wright could fill that role well this season.
