Roy Halladay is a top pitcher and he is going to the Phillies who already have a top pitcher in their rotation. Halladay adds more depth to a rotation that will have a number three starter pitching in the number five slot. Everyday now, the Phillies will have the edge in starting pitching over their opponent.
