Claiming Ramon Ramirez might have giving the Rays the closer they've been looking for all 2009. Ramirez knocked J.P. Howell out of the top six in the bullpen, but that doesn't mean J.P. Howell isn't a good reliever. The Rays now have a deeper bullpen and Dan Wheeler moves to the setup role with Lance Cormier.
