Jeremy Reed is a good fielding outfielder. He can play all of the outfield position. His bat is not major league quality, which is why he will be starting in the minor leagues, but he can be a good late inning defensive replacement for the Blue Jays this season.
The Blue Jays still need a catcher like Brad Ausmus, Rod Barajas, Michael Barrett, Kevin Cash, Jason LaRue, Chad Moeller, Bengie Molina, Jose Molina, Eric Munson, Kyle Phillips, Paul Phillips, Guillermo Rodriguez, or Yorvit Torrealba.
