Joe Dillon: Signed minor league contract with Rays

Joe Dillon can provide a bat with good on base percentage who can bat ninth in the lineup. He can play anywhere, which is a good versatility for any hole the Rays need on any given day. I would suggest to play him in right field and sign a centerfielder with low strikeout totals. Endy Chavez, Ryan Freel, and Joey Gathright could fit that role for the Rays.
