Paul Lo Duca: Signed minor league contract with Rockies

Paul Lo Duca may not have the mindblowing numbers, but he is the exact type of player the Rockies need. The Rockies need a catcher that is capable of consistently putting the ball in play. Lo Duca hardly strikes out and that's all the Rockies will need out of their catcher this season. This move fills one hole and leaves the hole at third base the only one remaining. Russell Branyan would be a perfect fit to play third and hit in the middle of the lineup.
